This app is strictly for use by registered employees of the Public PlayField Department and Education Department or its affiliated offices. Unauthorized use is prohibited. By using the app, the user agrees to the terms in this policy.

b) Attendance Verification Data

Photograph captured at check-in/check-out
GPS location (only during check-in/check-out)

c) Device Information

Device model and OS version
IP address and time-stamped logs

⚠ No biometric (e.g., fingerprint or AI facial recognition) is collected. Only live photos from the camera are used.

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Use

To verify and record attendance using geo-tagged photos
To manage leave applications
For supervisors to review leave
For HR, payroll, and audit records
To improve workforce transparency and accountability

4. Consent

Using the app implies consent to collect and use data as described. Withdrawal of consent may impact app usage or require manual attendance methods.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained according to [Department/Ministry] policy. After resignation, retirement, or transfer, data is archived or deleted as per protocol.
